Our team at The Modern Orthodontist is super excited to celebrate Fall season with our dental friends!

We invited our partnering dentists to create a pumpkin masterpiece, and they have submitted some AMAZING entries.

Calling young artists!

Are you a budding artist and want to see your work published in our community calendar?

We are starting to accept submissions for our 2018 community art calendar.

The rules are simple.

Be inpsired by our logo
Create a piece in an 8×10 landscape format and
email to vicki@themodernorthodontist.com by Sept 29.

Your submission will be included in the calendar and if you are one of the 13 artists who are chosen, you will receive a $25 gift card. We will come to your class and present the prize and give each fellow student their own copy of the calendar. Its so much fun and a great way to begin sharing your art and having it inspire others.

Call for Artists: Art Calendar 2019

The Modern Orthodontist is at it again, working closely with the community to encourage and excite young artists to participate in our Art Calendar contest.

This year’s theme is “What Makes You Smile.” All ages (and all media) are welcome
to participate. Twelve winning artists will receive a $25 worth of art supplies.

Submission deadline: Nov 10th, 2018.

File types: PDF, JPEG, and TIFF (landscape format ONLY). Email your photos to info@themodernorthodontist.com, or call 360-260-5113 for more info. You can also send us a link to your files.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please include your full name, age, phone number/email address, and your school name when submitting your entry.

The original artwork can also be submitted to our office located at 2702 NE 78th St. Suite 106, Vancouver, WA 98665.

There is no fee to submit work.

Contest: Where in the world is Dr. Gretchen?

Summer time is here and so is our next contest and it’s all about travel and selfies and #social media!

Take selfies with Dr. Gretchen & enter to win a GOPRO Hero 5 Black Edition!

Whether you are going near or far take Dr. Gretchen on your summer vacation! Use your imagination! The most creative photos will win great gear! Follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to see submissions for the contest. Don’t worry if you don’t follow us yet, we’ve provided the links at the bottom of this post for you to click on, like us and then you’re on your way! We will be updating those with photos that are submitted. You will see fun ideas and you might even see your fun selfie with Dr Gretchen 😉

IT’S SIMPLE TO ENTER:

1. Print this photo at the bottom of the page of Dr. Gretchen or pick up a picture at our office. Cut out the photo and attach it to a stick (we used Popsicle sticks but you can use what ever you want)

2. Take Dr. Gretchen with you on all your summer adventures.

3. Tag us in your photo AND use #WhereInTheWorldIsDrGretchen on social media by August 31st 2017 to be eligible to win 1 of 2 great prizes. Each photo you tag us in will be entered into our contest.
